Finance Department

About The Manager/Team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working along with a young and energetic team of management.
 
About The Job
  • Responsible to produce timely management reports and financial statements.
  • Responsible to produce timely group consolidation and workings.
  • Responsible to check monthly intercompany reconciliation at group level.
  • Responsible for organization’s accounting, statutory compliances and financial functions such as tax submission, annual statutory accounts.
  • To prepare and review financial data and analysis for monthly and quarterly results. To come out with few simulation of Group results prior to finalizing the quarter results with forecast results and borrowings.
  • To assist in ensuring company’s account comply with the company’s policies, procedures, statutory requirements and tax compliance.
  • To coordination and liaise with auditors in order to complete the annual audit on timely basis.
  • In-charge person for liaison with tax agents, company secretary and bankers of the company relating to financial related matters.

  • Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.

Admin cum PA play a pivotal role which provides daily support in all office administration activities which includes office management, ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. As an Admin cum PA, you will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring to help monitor subsidiary’s compliance with office policies and procedures and daily / month activity with all relevant statutory requirements including filing of statutory forms, reporting and maintaining statutory registers, records and databases
  • Assist in Director, business, and investment-related activities, tasks, and project which include record-keeping, liaison, coordination internal and external, scheduling, monitoring projects, research, and analysis.
